Wrestlemania!

Here is the video from Everett's wrestling match on Tuesday. They are wearing similar uniforms, but Ev is the one with short hair (I never thought I would say that!). Notice Ev starts things off with a nice body slam! He did so great!

Forgive the shakiness of the camera at times, but I got excited! Things get particularly blurry around the three minute mark, which was the only point in the match where Ev's opponent had him down. Then Ev turned into the hulk and threw the kid off! It was awesome and impossible to sit still through! I am also fond of the cool arm swing Ev does at about 3:12. Very intimidating!

For those of you unfamiliar with a video like this, just click the arrow once to start it (double clicking will take you to YouTube's site). If the video seems slow and choppy at first, pause it until it's loaded completely, and then play it. Enjoy!

Poor other kid looks hurt at the end. I can not believe Ev. He is so grown.
Are they on a mat? I know absolutely nothing about wrestling.

I think the other kid did get hurt a little, but he shook it off. They wrestle on a mat, but as you can see in the video, it gets very physical. It's a little hard to watch sometimes because they really look like they are in pain, but it's exciting!

Miss Thang realizes that some underpriveleged creatures of humanity believe that "well balanced" means one has two teeth to balance your two eyes and two ears, and that "well rounded" means that your waist size equals your height. But wrestling? What's next: watching NASCAR on television?
Miss Thang doubts that Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, the Vanderbilts, the Rockefellers, and Carnegies spent their time learning how to wrestle and watching NASCAR.
This child needs to be groomed for corporate America by learning to play golf, tennis, and racketball. More business deals are made on the golf course than on in wrestling rings.
